What is a request?

An API request is a single call made to your API. If an API call returns multiple objects or resources, it only counts as a single request. For example, if you have a collection of Users, a call to get 100 users only counts as 1 request.

What happens if I go over my request limit?

We understand that you getting traffic to your API is a great thing! We will not shut down your API if you go over your limit without contacting you first. Ever. We will also protect you from excessive spikes in traffic by throttling abusive users.

Every API and Portal we host has a unique and unbranded URL. You can also configure your API and Portal to be available at your own domain. We recommend https://api.yourcompany.com and https://developers.yourcompany.com.
